                              Creating awareness and educating the public by example regarding the positive aspects of a cash-free society, bartering, communal living, sweat equity, truly effective charity, volunteerism and changing the face of poverty and “homelessness” through actions predicated on the principles of Buddhist meditative inquiry to eliminate desire, Jewish observance of Rosh Hashanah and the intrinsic worth of each individual and the gospel of Luke 18:22 and Luke 9:58 and the greater goal of spiritual wealth.  Demonstrative actions include data gathering, writing proposals and maintaining web-based repositories of information created to support advocacy efforts for Occupy Wall Street participants and demonstrators, serving meals to the public at Occupy Wall Street events, soup kitchens and whereever there is a need, performing acappella in public spaces for personal subsistence, making and displaying works of art designed to silently voice need, possessing and maintaining only donated items to meet personal needs (Luke 18:22), living as a member of a cooperative community, bartering work for lodging and literally sleeping on the street to silently illustrate the objective nature of homelessness (Luke 9:58), avoiding monetary transactions and the acquisition of monetary wealth for its own sake and proclaiming loudly and honestly the nature of this way of living to eliminate stigma and invite deeper thought.

                              CHALLENGE Develop and launch new features, maintain existing features and upgrades in most profitable business line whilst under-staffed by a factor of 75%.

                              ACTION       Promoted to leadership position within first month of tenure, mastered legacy code base and new trends in development, devised order of operations to optimize time-invested and test changes to code base prior to daily build process, bi-located office to spend equal time with business and development teams.

                              RESULTS     Improved response time in launching new features, eliminated delays to build/push process attributable to Music Store code base, saved over $150K in new-hire costs.

                              Cell Phones & Service Store

                              CHALLENGE Steward newly launched pioneer product line on shoe-string budget, revise and fortify “shipped” code base, establish a platform for future emulation in service and residual product offerings.

                              ACTION       Revised entire code base to eliminate errors, reviewed daily changes to adjacent code bases for possible effect on Cell Phones & Service, implemented Web Dev Service Level Agreement to increase business team confidence.

                               RESULTS     Removed all errors from code base, achieved 100% “code purity” in build/push, achieved 0% delays attributable to Cell Phones & Service for over a year, achieved shortest business request-to-live cycle in technology stores.
